CS Jatin Singal

The Founder and Lead Member of the firm Having distinguished exposure for around 15 years in Advisory, Auditing Reporting, Compliance and Representational Services before Courts and other Authorities.

Has Chaired the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in the year 2024 and also Chaired Ludhiana Chapter of NIRC of ICSI in the year 2017 and been an eminent speaker on several platforms of the ICSI over the years till now.

Also served ICSI as a member of the several committees and core group constituted by both the ICSI and NIRC over the past several years.

Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Corporate Advisor

Taken up major assignments on Secretarial Audits, Diligence Reports, Merger, Reduction of Share Capital, Shifting of Registered Office, NCLT NCLAT Matters both Company Law and Insolvency Bankruptcy Law.

CS Harshit Arora

He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Former Chairman of Ludhiana Chapter of NIRC of ICSI. With respect to Indian corporate he is a distinguished professional with an experience of 10 years in company secretarial work for small, mid and large Corporates including Listed Group. Well versed with all type of compliance i.e. Stock Exchange, SEBI and ROC. He holds the expertise in providing the needs of the Clients through the Fund Raising, Project Funding, Equity Investment etc.

CS Abhinav Agarwal

He is a Fellow Member of the ICSI and heads the Gurgaon Office of the Firm, He is having an experience of more than 8 years in the field of Secretarial, Legal, IPR, Company law matters, Corporate Social Responsibility matters and Strategic Consultancy, also has a rich and varied experience spanning across key areas such as merger & amalgamation, licensing and registration services under various departments. He is also appointed as an Independent Director in few reputed MNCs and also acting as an active trustee in few of the reputed NGOs. In addition to his practice, he has also served as Vice- Chairman of Gurugram Chapter of NIRC of The Institute of Company Secretaries Of India.

Ms. Akanksha Choudhary

She is a Qualified Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor degree in commerce from Panjab University having work experience of more than 2 years in Secretarial and Compliances like incorporation of LLP and Companies, Secretarial Audit, Listing Compliances, Strike-off and Revival of the Company and Corporate Restructuring, drafting and preparation of documents related to Board meeting, General meeting alongside conducting of such meetings and other work related to corporate governance including Minutes, Shifting of Registered Office, Adjudication Process, NCLT Filing.

Ms. Tamana Ohri

Assistant

She is a CS Professional Student who has completed the Executive Programme of the CS Course. She has recently joined the Firm at its Head Office at Ludhiana. She has shown great interest in assisting and completing the timelines of Annual Filing

Ms. Vridhi Jain

Assistant

She is a CS Executive Student who has also completed her Graduation in Commerce from Panjab University. She joined the Firm in the year 2025. She has assisted in various processes of Incorporation, Minutes, Shifting of Registered Office

Mr. Nitin Mangla

Nitin Mangla is a practicing lawyer with over 20 years of experience, specialising in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property (IP) matters, contract drafting, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution. He has been actively representing clients before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies across India.

He has extensive experience in handling commercial disputes, recovery matters, partnership and shareholder issues, IP infringement and enforcement actions, arbitration proceedings, and contract-related litigation. His practice also includes IP filings, trademark prosecution, corporate documentation, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end legal advisory for businesses across diverse industries.

With a strong understanding of commercial dynamics and legal complexities with focus on providing practical, strategic, and business-centric solutions. He is known for his clarity in communication, meticulous drafting, result-driven representation, and professional integrity.
